Thank you everyone for your informative replies. Hampton Bays is very close, so I will likely give him a try after the dust settles. I would rather go into the city than take the ferry to Stamford, especially if there are complications. Lisaly has replied with some resources that look promising. I think I will take her into Manhattan to get the best care, after all, that's what I do with myself and Penny deserves the best! Also, thanks for the finance link. That may come in very handy.
