I am sure any seamstress here could do one for you. I've gotten several things made from a variety of seamtresses here at YT.

Note though - Last I heard, Aymee was taking a break from orders and sewing right now. I may have missed if she is back at it again...?

I do love Bella's stuff. She has some great fabrics, too. She is in such demand, though...it is hard to get orders made unless you order very much ahead of time. (I'm not that organized lol)
