Aww, poor little Lola! I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with a groomer- I agree, she should have the experience to handle scared pups better than this. Goodness, if the pup is scared, you slow down, try to play with her a little, give her treats, whatever.
Lola is still a beauty tho. I hope your next groomer is leaps & bounds better than this!
