Just my two cents. My breeder took videos and photos of all her dogs for her customers. I still watch them. She knows every owner and has an open line of communication for them to call. She also was available for boarding. All the dogs were microchipped and she had a medical file on everyone. She expected people to come to her home on order to get to know them and encouraged multiple visits. This way they not only got to know each other but they saw the environment the dogs were raised |
