She is the same person, it's Kelly. World Kennel USA is a puppy mill in Littlerock, CA. Her sister has a boutique here in LA, selling puppies from that puppy mill (not sure if they're still in business). They sell the puppies in their apt, they'll have a few puppies & the mommy there. Don't get scammed by these people, they'll make you think they're breeders but are actually running a puppy mill. They were on the news, someone made an appt to see the yorkie pups & they stole the puppies by gunpoint. Can't remember if they were found, I think they were, but it's the same people.
