Introducing Bessie or Bess (as in Good Queen Bess, Elizabeth I).

This little girl, originally named Elizabeth, came to us via a local Greyhound/Lurcher rescue charity (facebook:- Evesham-Greyhound-and-Lurcher-Rescue). One of a litter of six rescued at approx. 2 weeks old on the 4th January this year(2013). The mother sadly did not survive her abuse but all her pups made it.

Now some 10 months later, weighing in at 11 lbs and full of attitude, she is my constant companion.
