It's dry skin. Apparently, I've been bathing him too much and not allowing for his natural oils to keep him moistureized.
Since I recently cut all of his hair off (puppy cut)... it will be easier to bathe him less since his urine won't be clinging to his hair.
He is on meds to relieve the itching and an oil supplement. So glad it isn't mites or ringworm!
