She seems pretty young and small have you tried potty pad training her so you could just leave her a pad for her to go on at night? Callie would wake me up a few times a night at that age. I do not agree with picking food up for a small puppy because then you really really have to watch them hard for hypoglycemic issues and you can't when your sleeping. Also not a big fan of picking up water I mean how would you like to no be able to drink about a certain time? This is kinda normal for puppy in my opinion there like new born babies.
