I honestly can't remember with Callie because its been 6 years but I think they can gain weight until around a year and then they start filling out more but every dog is different. Also there is no such thing as a teacup it is a word used by bad breeders and puppy mills to jack up there prices a yorkie is simply just a yorkie no matter what size
