Default I've often wondered-now I'm sure

Many times I have wondered if they recognize their own breed. Now I'm sure they do. I take bubba and sissy to a local dog park that has a large and small dog areas.
Bubba runs like a nut greets and plays with everybody. Sissy on the other hand does not. She is very stand offish and only interacts when she feels they are getting too rambunctious. Most of the time she is right beside my leg or asking to be picked up.
There are all breeds of little dogs there but yesterday a woman came in with two little yorkies and she ran over kissed them and was wagging like crazy. All the time they were there she watched them like she was their mother (she is spayed-never had pups). I'm couldn't believe the way she was acting. Do yours recognize other yorkies?
