This dog lives in an area where they do not require a license? This town allows dogs to run loose without any charges to be made? I could imagine this if they lived outside of town but I don't know of a town with no laws regulating dogs. Some are now even making laws concerning cats that run loose.
If they received on ticket for letting that dog run loose you can bet their desire to keep their kid happy would soon die. |
