Poor little Yoshi, if only he could talk and tell you where he has been and what he has gone through. I'll be watching for updates, and hope everything works out ok for him.
he was found in Wichita Kansas around the area where the person I suspected stole my dog. When all that drama went on with having a cop come by the house. About 7 miles from where he was taken.

I can't even imagine what your poor sweet baby has been through these past yrs. He needs to be home with his mommy, snuggled next to you for the rest of his sweet little life. However there could be a chance he doesn't get along with your additions since he lived with you before, in that case you may consider returning him to the lady. What worries me about allowing him to stay with the lady is that IF the person who has had him all these yrs ever sees him with the lady, they may try to steal him back from her. Then he may not be found again & suffer more neglect and abuse.
I will make my final decision when I have get back home around Christmas. I work out of state now so only get a chance to go home every 3 months. Thank you.
