Sorry to hear about your problems....my 2 year old is like a hoover vacuum.

If you chase your pup around, he probably thinks you guys are playing a fun game....especially when you are trying to get away from him...why then it's tug of war!!

Exchanging whatever you don't want the dog to have(in your case, toilet paper), for something better like a toy or a treat, has worked out the best for my boys, especially my older dog that is possessive aggressive. If I tried to take a dentastick out of his mouth, he would surely bite me. He even growls when I get too close to it...but if I get a piece of a hot dog or cheese out of the fridge, he will drop the dentastick for that!!

Hopefully this is just a puppy phase that he will grow out of.
