Absolutely!! A complete frame job. At the very least a solid case of entrapment. Crystal was set up to take the fall for someone else eating the cheesecake. Perhaps the Plaintiff 'Poor Old Dad', is getting a little addle mind and actually ate some of it and forgot. Besides, even on the off chance Crystal did eat it, she didn't eat all of it. She left a good portion for Poor Old Dad to eat.

I think she should counter-sue for damages to her reputation, pain and suffering that she experienced during this trial.
