My girl Cookie was just spayed Monday morning, and tonight she had a pretty dark poop. She isn't on any kind of painkillers and napped a lot today, but I'm guessing the napping is normal this soon after a spay, especially when I'm keeping her confined to a room where she can't run or jump up on anything. Does dark poop indicate blood in it or something? I have completely changed her over from Royal Canin kibble to Pedigree canned food since she had three teeth pulled.

Is this something to be concerned about at all?
