Yeah, nothing fun about the spay... well, except the peace of mind that she'll never be a mommy after.
I remember before we had my mastiff spayed a little 15 pound dachsund had snuck into the back yard and tried to mate with my 165 lb mastiff. I can't imagine what those puppies would have looked like.
