Wink Hi my name is Ginger, new to this site

I am new to Yorkies. I could use some advice. I have become a foster mom of a five-year-old overweight Yorkshire terrier. I have a golden retriever and a Doxie and he's quite different than these two dogs. He seems to do a lot of vocalization he sounds like ......a baby sometimes. He has some thyroid issues and I think that is part of his weight issues. In the morning he does some play biting I think .......he doesn't actually bite so I guess it's play biting what do you think? He does the snoring when he's awake or asleep sort of funny. I have had him two weeks and he seems to think I was mother already. He won't really play with the other dogs. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated he is a real cutie and his name is Bailey.
