I'm not an expert but from what I've read here on YT Biewer Yorkshire terrier is just another way of saying Biewer as some believe this breed came from yorkies. An easy way to distinguish between a parti and a Biewer is the markings. The Biewer have their coloring in certain areas just like the Yorkie does. (They have a standard they follow) Parti yorkies are Tri colored and there is no standard of color placement. Does that make sense? I'm sure one of the links provided will have the Biewer standard and will show where the color markings belong on a Biewer.
