 Biewer or Parti?
I have researched and can't seem to find a simple, straightforward answer. What is the difference between a Biewer and a Parti Yorkie?
Is it possible to tell which it is just by looking or do you need to see the pedigree?
I know that the Biewer has their tail, but what else?
And most important (or not) how do you pronounce Biewer?
I'd really appreciate any help.
