I'm thinking they might switch things up...hopefully, this is an eye opener. Maybe you could write them a long letter, a heartfelt long letter about why you would like to take the pup....
or....if you happen to be walking down the road with a steak.....I just don't see how an unsecured dog running loose is not fair game for anyone riding by...this dog is in danger, he is definitely going to end up dead....I don't think I could let it go, infact; I've been there and I didn't let it go.
