Thank you everyone! I know it was an accident, but I can't help but feel so bad for Princess...I am VERY careful when we go down the stairs now. Please be careful if you have stairs!
We have an appt later this afternoon for a recheck. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to take her bandages off & check her wound...hope she's ok & it's healing nicely. I had to look up Momo's thread when he got his dewclaw ripped off & he got his bandage removed the next day. I really hope I didn't mess up, this vet (different vet) said to come back 3-4 days later.
Princess is doing remarkably well. She gets around fine & doesn't lick the bandages @ all. I'm not letting her walk around too much, I carry her w/me when she wants to follow me around. When it's time to go outside, that's when she starts whimpering & crying...oh how my heart breaks for her when she does that!
Will update when we get back from the vet later, she'll surely enjoy the car ride!
