I used to give Greenies and I won't anymore. I have had to pick out chunks of greenies that get caught in my dogs cheeks more than once and he was chewing on a Greenie right before he had his first "health episode." We still aren't sure what they are so I don't know what to call them...but I am pretty sure the Greenie brought it on.

I've tried the "Get Naked" chews with my older guy who is obsessed with Dentastix and he won't eat them. I figured he'd love them because they look the same, but NOPE. I would LOVE to wean him off the Dentastix and onto something else but he just won't have it.

My boys are VERY picky!! They won't eat bully sticks...they won't eat anything nylabone....and they turn their nose up at almost all treats. I did find some Dingo treats that were shaped like bacon but they last a lot longer than the beggin strips bacon and they did like those and it did take them a while for them to chew...but I am just not sure about Dingo....they seem like they may be junk food for them.

Blue Buffalo makes something that is similar to a greenie, but I don't know how they are. Has anyone tried them??


I would totally steer clear of the Greenies though!!
