They recommend borax which I use along with detergent . I prerinse first but they still come out stinky yet. I have odoban I use on things I don't want her scent on anymore so I wouldn't want to totally eliminate it so she still goes on them but man they stink, I need help!  |
They should not be coming out stinky if you follow our instructions. I would use 1 cup of borax in the next cycle and hot water and see if that helps. If you still need help after that please email us at
