Good for you for staying involved in it for this dog, hopefully it checks out and the situation with the owner is a fluke and normally they take better care. I trust your judgement- if you say the dog is in danger, then I hope there is a way you or AC can intervene for the sake of this little one. Good luck & keep us posted!
