she said earlier she lives in a small town there is no AC Wow if dogs are in a fenced in area and I am sure the neighbor knew she took great care of her pets that's just wrong. And very sad. This situation sounds a little different as she said there is no fence and the dog could get to the road. Hoping they find out its being taken care of But worried it really is not.
