We did our research and finally decided on a Yorkie. The Yorkie, being hypoallergenic, was the logical choice for me. The breeder where we got our puppy has been very good in giving us suggestions on what to do, that the experience has been so positive. Last night was her second night with us and she did not cry at all the whole night. She started crying 15 minutes before our wake up time but we ignored her. The breeder told us that we are "the boss" so she had to wait for us to wake up. She is so lively and rambunctious; she has made our home more alive.
I look forward to sharing our experience and learning from your experience. |
Welcome! I'm so sorry about the loss of your previous fur baby! We lost our skin daughter 9 years ago & with our oldest getting married & empty nest hitting it was just way too quiet! Hubby finally agreed to me getting a puppy & after almost a year of research I got Princess Hope. She is now 20 months old & has brought so much joy! She adds chaos, & laughter into our home! Such a snuggle bunny too & loves us unconditionally. Best therapy ever! Wishing you many happy days ahead with your new baby!
