 My first post!
Hello. My wife and I just brought our Yorkie home 2 days ago and it has been so exciting! We had a Bichon Frisée for almost 18 years but when we put her to sleep 3 years ago, I didn't want to "replace" her so it took us 3 years before I even considered having another dog. We did our research and finally decided on a Yorkie. The Yorkie, being hypoallergenic, was the logical choice for me. The breeder where we got our puppy has been very good in giving us suggestions on what to do, that the experience has been so positive. Last night was her second night with us and she did not cry at all the whole night. She started crying 15 minutes before our wake up time but we ignored her. The breeder told us that we are "the boss" so she had to wait for us to wake up. She is so lively and rambunctious; she has made our home more alive.
