I really can't tell whether someone is feeding it or not. I didn't go up to the house but my fiancée did today and said he didn't see any food or water bowls but I am not saying it hasn't been fed. I really have a feeling it is not a stray. It may be but I just don't think so. Like I said earlier it looks to be a small yorkie and I can't tell whether it's supposed to be that small or if it hasn't been fed.
