We all know that this is not a typical situation for any small pup of any breed to be in but just because you do not agree with the way the owners take care of or the situation they leave their pup in does not mean that you or anyone else except the warden/police have the right to take this pup away from its home. What you or I may think is horrible or inhumane may not be so just because you see a pup running loose in and about an unpopulated area. Its apparent that this pup can only belong to this family and for you to deem them unfit to have this pup just for the way they allow their dog, Yorkie or otherwise to run free in is not your place. The pup evidently know its place and boundaries and is comfortable being alone in the outdoors. Not what myself or anyone would consider the best of situation for a Yorkies or any other small breed pup but it is not our place to judge.

Unless you can prove without a doubt that this pup is being harmed, unfed and not receiving the basic every day needs there is nothing you can do. Other than to express your concerns to the owners. But for you to just take this pup would be wrong!
