Cordelia was the same way when I took her on her first walk. She would just stop and look at me all crazy. So I would pick her up, then she would want back down. If she heard a dog barking she would stop and tilt her head. Then look at me again like I was crazy. So, now I just let her out in the back yard. Is Sophia wearing a harness in that picture?
