Just got my girl back from the vet, and she is a confirmed licker. I'm glad I have those two bathing suits for her to wear so she can't get at it. Cookie is a lot more lucid than I expected after the surgery, so I know this two weeks waiting to get the stitches taken out will be rough. I have no idea how I'm going to keep her calm for 13 more days after this one.
