Here's a couple things i was doing wrong with my first diet, this info. came from my trainer at the YMCA, i lost a couple of lbs. then all of a sudden i couldn't lose any more weight, and because i was weight lifting, i was gaining muscle, and as my trainer told me " muscle weighs more than fat", something new that i learned (which made me feel better) and another thing that he told me that i switched, i eat my fruits in the morning and my veggies at night, that way since some fruits are high in sugar my body can burn off the caleries during the day... i was a big coffe drinker too, i also limited that since caffine made me hungry

and added more water, water, water to my diet. Hope this helps someone
