No I do not feel you should steal the pup, I think if your "brave" enough to steal it that you should be brave enough to knock on the door and speak to the owners and see what is going on. I for one will not give you a pat on the back for stealing someone's pup without trying to talk to the owners first.... |
Yes I am pretty sure that when the dog is out in the middle of the road at 8:30 at night with no collar or anything on that there was no invisible fence or line. As for the puppy door I cannot say. And all the lights were out in the house as there were no cars home. I said that if I could see that there were owners home I would try and talk to them. We have been by twice and not yet seen that the owners were home and the dog was still outside. I don't plan on "stealing"the dog . I do think it is very unsafe for it be outside. It was 45 degrees outside when we first saw the dog, and I don't think any dog, especially not a small yorkie that looked to be about 4 pounds should be outside in the middle of a road.
