That is down right animal abuse. I would take that dog and ask questions later. I hate to see an animal hurt or left in a car in the heat. I just have to do something. That is cruelty and it is heartbreaking. If you feel you are stealing someone else's dog. then call the animal shelter and have them come out and check out the situation. If the dog is taken try to make arrangements to adopt him. |
