Henri is 9 lbs. and I carry him around in a purse, He fits in nicely and doesn't feel to heavy. I guess it just depends on the person and the dog, but is someone has back problems then I could definitely see an issue.
Yep, the bigger the sturdier! But that doesn't stop you from worrying
