I've heard all those things for years leading up to getting Billi and since I've gotten her, too… In my experience, Billi has been extremely easy to train and house break. She has her stubborn moments, but she's in her toddler stage and ALL dogs go through it. Just be firm and patient and they get through it.

Billi has been such a wonderful addition to our family, that even the one who didn't want a dog, let alone a yorkie, has fallen completely in love with her. These dogs have such spunk and personality and smarts and are loving and playful to boot. I'd say to anyone who claims not to like them cuz of their reputation that they're really missing out on a sweetheart of a companion.
