Welcome to YT. Yorkie's are worth all the trouble of training, however they are no more trouble than any other dog. Each one is different, even from the same litter, and if a Yorkie is what you want, then never let anyone tell you what or what not to get. I've never had a male, my wife did, she used to breed back in the mid 80's. I met him and he was a very sweet little boy. I've had 2 females, Megan I had for 15 years, and she was glued to my side, and Gina I've had for 4 months now, she is very sweet, and very smart, and I am a Yorkie man to the core.
