Doing some research as we drive down the road, it looks like I am gonna switch him to Sentinal. He used to be on Program for flea control without any oroblems and Sentinal I s the same as Program Plus, which uses the same heartworm medicine as Trifexis but a different flea med. We really haven't ever had a flea problem, in face we have never seen a flea on Huey in almost 5 years, but I have always treated him just in case. I refuse to use a topical since I bathe him so often and they make the fur so greasy. I just pray that he sleeps the day away and feels better when we get home. I'm still gonna take him for labs in the morning, whether he is better or not, I have decided, just to beon the safe side. |
