Lola gets some table food, but she has to behave. If she begs or barks she doesn't get anything.
I usually give her meat, cheese, yogurt, veggies, cereal, and ice cream.
I also use shredded cheese if I need to really motivate her to do something, like give up a bad item. She's happy with 2-3 thin shreds.

My dogs lived to be 18, 18, 14.5, and 15.5 with some human food. I do think it hurts the dog if you go overboard on human food and dog treats though.
