We got it from Eddies Wheels for Pets. They are amazing! When she was paralyzed, we did a lot of research and Eddies Wheels were the best we could find! They custom make a cart to fit your dog's measurements. We live in Canada, so we sent photos of her measurements over email, and they built and shipped the wheelchair to us. She's been using it for 3.5 years now.
