Hello! I have a yorkie girl nsme stella who is about a year and 9 months old. I am concerned about her because at times her behavior has been strange. She had always been an anxious dog but over the past couple of months she seems more anxious. And some strange behavior.... she started having accidents a couple of months sgo which is really unusual for her... so I took her to the vet and had a eurinalasys done to see if maybe she had an infection but the results came back that she was fine. She has since quit having accidents and hasnt had them for two months or so. And she is also not as active. She plays and everything but she also sleeps quite a bit. The main thing I am worried about is that she does this thing that almost looks like anxiety attack. It happens once or twice every so many months. Last week I left my dogs at my mom's house so that she could babysit them while I went to a graduation party. Well, soon after I left my mom said she flattened out on her belly and started shivering .And after a few minutes she was hastling.... and then it stopped. Then yesterday evening she all of a sudden started walking hunkered down and rubbing her side against things and laying on the ground and biting at her tail. I tried to distract her by giving her food and she ate it. Her appetite is really good. I just dont know what this is? I feel like the any vet I have taken her to thinks I am crazy. She has an appointment monday. Also her barking is out of this world.... you walk her outside and she barks like a mad Dog... she has also started charging at motorcycles and trucks (which scarez me to death). And she is the dominant girl and can be snippy with the cat in the evening but never to me or my husband or her yorkie sister Sony. Any ideas? I just wanna know if there is something underlying going on or is it anxiety. Which I know sometimes dogs have anxiety because of sn underlying health issue.
