Pain medicine normally keeps them a bit calm but you might need to get a play pen to keep her in. The jumping can really tear the stitches. Callie had some baby teeth pulled when she got spayed so I bought some wet food but she would not eat at all when she came home she just wanted to sleep. I would definitely take her out on a leash until she's healed or at least until the stitches come out. I also suggested a bath the night before they go in to be spayed because it will be awhile before you can bathe her.
