I usually LOVE Halloween, but this year felt a bit blah for me. I think cuz of all the competitions for it. Best costume & decorations at work, home, school, puppy classes, even Sand Mountain got a bit too competitive for us this year. I do those things for the fun of it for me and my little family, not because I want to one up people.
Gotta say I'm reaaally excited for Christmas this year. Forget 30 days of holiday cheer- come Saturday morning I'm hunting for decorations and orniments, etc. This is our first year celebrating it as our own little family, so I'm excited to go all out. The dogs will even have their own tree.
