Default Changes in home now potty training problems

We recently pulled up carpet out of our living room and hall to replace with hard wood floor! During this process our house was turned upside down and we had to move Kiki's potty pad. She handled it until we moved everything back and she could get in the spare bedroom. It has been an on going fight to break her from pooping in there but now she is peeing in the bedroom.(carpet) Should I put a pad in the bedroom or lock her out? I do fear her peeing on the new hard wood floors. She is our first house dog so we don't know if we start over with her crate or is she just rebelling because she is upset. She does not approve of the floors. She had always been kinda lazy but at night she is staying in our bedroom on the bed sleeping/resting. Until we go get her up to play!
