Bailey is 10 months and I still have these problems!! Wont come, and backs up when ya go to get him... does good on the leash or with treats, but without..... good luck.. we start Obedience school Wed. and this is the main reason Im going! So hopefully, I will learn how to handle this... I'll let ya know if it helps!
