I use Trifexis and I have never had any problems with it. Lilly Anne hasn't started taking yet since she doesn't weigh 5 pounds but Ellie weighs 5-5 and a half and she has been taking it for about a year or a little less now. We tried other things but nothing else ever seemed to work.
