If I was going to buy a Yorkie in KY, I would buy one from Anna Stringer. She shows Yorkies and I personally know her dogs are quality. I got my adult female from her and she is a livin' doll.
She lives in Bowling Green. I don't know about this other lady, I've never heard of her. Good luck
