I'm not in ky but seem to be related to half of Breathette county(sp). I'm actually looking for retirement property there. I'll be visiting there in a few months and am suppossed to meet a breeder,Pearl Noble, but I can't find out much about her. When talking to her the voice in my head is saying puppy mill. Any knowlegable opinion appreciate. Thanks. |
