If this is a puppy, I'd get to the vet ASAP as puppies can go down FAST with vomiting and diarrhea. Even with an adult, these symptoms are scary and you may even want to go to the vet if Kona is an adult. If you want to wait 1 day to try the chicken and rice, you might be okay...at least I hope Kona will be okay waiting a day.
Since he is gassy on this food, I would not give it again bc there is an ingredient that is irritating his system. It's hard to say if the vomiting and diarrhea is from the food bc it's happening now, rather than earlier when you began feeding it. I just def would not feed this food or a similar food (ingreds) to it.
Has he been outside alone where he could've gotten into something toxic? Is he drinking water? Will he eat something, like a cracker or little piece of bread?
