Honey may be teething and her ears will go up and down at this time. You can also GENTLY massage the base of her ears once in a while.
Also, if it hasn't been done yet…it helps to have the top third of her ears shaved to get the extra weight of the hair off. A groomer can do this if you are not comfortable doing it.
